When starting Outlook 2003 on client machine, it immediately closes and
restarts after sending error report. If PC is restarted in Safe Mode and
Exchange Server Account is deleted Outlook will start successfully and send/
receive from POP3 account with no issue.
I do not believe this to be an issue with Excahnge Server (2000) since no
other machine is doing this, and if the Exchange User account is added to
Outlook on another machine in the Workgroup it sends/ receives fine.

Please help...

did you try a detect and repair? What files does the error report say caused
it? (look in the event viewer)

Cannot get to Detect and Repair selection with the ongoing crashing. If the
Excahnge Account is deleted can get to Detect and Repair, but then the
problem is already gone. The Event viewer only shows msmapi32.dll as the mod
name.
