I have been trying to figure this one out.. maby its my blonde hair gettin to
me but I can't figure this out.
Where can I find out what my "IMAP Root folder path" is?? Please help, I
need to know what it is so I can check my email and find out if I have a
shoot this week.

If I right-click on my IMAP account in my folders treeview, then click on
properties, then the tab on the right is IMAP. Or another way to get there
is to go to "Tools | Accounts ..." then select the account an then the
properties for the account. At the top of the IMAP tab is "Root folder
path". Is that what you need? I don't understand why that is needed but that
helps you.

That depends on who your mail provider is, which you didn't specify.
For example, for Gmail it is "[Gmail]".
