I have set up a new email address and I am unable to send or receive due to a constant IMAP error message that keeps popping up. I was told my my ISP I needed to call Microsoft.

The message is your IMAP server closed the connection This could happen when idle too long

I have gone into Send & Receive settings. Nothing seems to get rid of it .

I am using Outlook 2007
