Hello All

The firm is working woth Kerio MailServer (6.4). The problem is how
to configure the mail client of vista to delete an email (really delete).
At this moment when i delete an email and then goto the webclient of Kerio
the email is still there but with a tripe trough it...
I tried different settings. In outlook2003 (XP) it worked perfectly

HI. I know absolutely nothing about IMAP and little about Windows Mail.
However, while you're waiting for someone to answer that does, I thought I
might mention a few things you could look into.
Tools , Accounts, select yours, Properties, Advanced. Uncheck the box that
tells the program to leave a copy of your mail on the server.
Or if you go to Tools, Options you will see several items dealing with
deleting messages from IMAP folders. Try tweaking some of these settings
until help arrives.

From WinMail's Help:

A deleted IMAP message isn't actually removed from the message list when you
click Delete. Instead, it appears with a strikethrough in the message list
to indicate it's marked for deletion. To permanently remove messages that
have been marked for deletion from your computer, click the Edit menu, and
then click Purge Deleted Messages. After deleted messages have been purged,
they can no longer be recovered.
