imap viewing program

I have archived *.imap files that I need to sort and view from my local
drive. Does any one know of a simple way to view them without going through
notepad. I have tomany files to go thorugh and a simple viewing program
would be best.

If the messages are mime files (saved stream of arriving e-mails which
having been processed), rename them to .eml then double click. Outlook
express will open the files and display them correctly.
