IMAP does not show all messages in 2007

Guest

I am running Outlook 2007 Beta. I am on an exchange server but also have an
IMAP account set up. Sometimes, I would say about half the time, Outlook
will tell me I have a new message in the IMAP folder (e.g. the folder in the
folder list is bolded "Inbox (2)"). When I look in the IMAP folder, however,
the message is not there. It looks like Outlook is either hiding the
messages for some reason or not syncing with the folder properly.

Things to note: when I run the IMAP account from Outlook Express, everything
goes fine.

Do you need any additional information? Let me know too if there is a
better place to post this.

Yes, I need additional info. Send me an email (you can get my email from
my website) and I'll get a tool from MS to you that can collect some
troubleshooting data.

Thanks,
