Hello,
I'm trying to load my gmail inbox into an IMAP session in Outlook in
order to .pst it up and save as an archive. The problem I'm having is
that I can't get it to simply download all the items. It seems to
just want to get headers. I've tried to change the "define send/
receive groups" but it still won't just download everything. The
IMAP .pst file that is created is absolutely huge at this point (twice
the size of the GMail account. How can I do this successfully?
Thanks for any help!

Right click on the header and choose your poison

Is that really the answer for a mailbox with 100k messages? And if I
bulk select I don't get everything downloaded anyway.

See the following

Outlook\Tools\Options\Mail Setup\Send Receive\Highlight your Account and select
Edit\Folder Options and the rest in there is elementary. Is this the setting that
you were looking for??
