Imaging

I am using a HP Scanjet 5100c model to scan documents into "Imaging," and for
some reason the option where you can insert a new page is greyed out, is
there anyway to enable this option so we can scan more than one document into
the same file?
 
You can assemble them in imaging after scanning to individual files also.
