I bought a new harddrive, and did a fresh install of
windows. I know there is a way to save files as jpegs,
but I cannot remember how. I know it goes beyond just
clearing TIF, or disc cleanup. A little help would be
appreciated.
 
The option to save a file in whatever format you wish is offered when you
open the file and then, from File>Save As . . . choose the extension from
the drop-down box.
