Check your Windows Explorer (Tools Folder Options View) settings

| I can't find anything. Can't find FP Temp Files or %USERPROFILE%. How can I
| look in the FP hidden files if their hidden? Search won't find the temp
| files. How do I unhide them? I've installed the service packs. I don't think
| it's a problem with IE. It's a FP problem.
