images not appearing on website - only on my computer IE 6

I am a web designer (With diploma) and can't figure this out....

I have created my own website, and my images do not appear on my computer.
Yet on every other computer they come up. In particular I mean the
banner/header. All other images appear, including the navigational bar.

The code is correct on the website, and the banner is set at a .jpg file.

I am thinking this could be a IE 6 configuration problem, but I have cheched
and re-checked all the settings under 'multimedia' on Internet Tools,
advanced tab - and they are set correctly to show image placeholder, and
images, and sound, movies, animation, so I'm thinking there is another
problem.

On every other computer - the website looks great and all pictures, images,
banners appear - it only seems to happen on my computer, WIN XP, Server pack
2, and IE 6.

Any Ideas?
