Images in "User Accounts" Control Panel

I don't understand why, but the ONLY the User Accounts CP icon images look like as if they were deleted (when all that you see is a beveled-in box with a red X in it) and I don't know how to restore those images.

Which icon? The user account pictures or the menu item's icons in the left?

For the User account pics, try REGSVR32 SHIMGVW
