Images in Master slides

I want to add an image in the Master slide view that will go on all slide
except the Title slide. I can add it to all slide but can't take it off the
title slide. I am using 2007.

Before you add the picture, save a blank slide as an image file. Add your
photo to the master slide, then on your title slide add the picture of the
slide you took before you added the image and it will hide the background
image

If y're talking about ONE title slide, draw a white (or whatever the colour
of the background) rectangle on the image

Add to te master and then select the title layout. Right click a blank area >
Format background>Hide background graphics

I generally use John's suggestion of hiding the background graphics. If there
are any graphics from the Master that you wish to retain, just copy them off
of the Master and paste into the Title slide.

Note that if you place imagery or other imported files ON the Master Slide,
they may be retained if you switch Themes.
