images in IE 6

I cannot view any images on the web without manually
right clicking each one and selecting "show picture."
This is very frustrating, any ideas please?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
If still no joy then have a look at this page for other issues.

I have tried emptying temp files and the setting in the
advanced menu is set to "show pictures" I don't get any
error message it is just when I am browding the pictures
won't display, they just show the little "x" up in the
left corner???
