Images don't display from HTML pages stored on PC

When I try to view an HTML page that is stored on my PC,
images don't display. When I'm connected to the Internet
everything is fine. I know the HTML image links are
correct and my advanced settings are set to display
images.

Is there some simple reason why this would happen?
