Some web pages no longer display graphic image(s)

After adjusting explorer options: Colors, Fonts, accessibility, and then
resetting them back to normal I came up with a problem. (I also reset
Internet Options Advance tab to restore defaults.)

When displaying some sites, images will no longer show up. Instead they are
blank or say [AD]
For example on the msn home page, some ads just show as a blank image. Like
in the HP add that is currently on the home page… my other PC with explorer 6
displays it fine.
