My main problems is:

Images are missing when html code is used. This appears to
happen when a URL address is used inthe code for the
image - browser & e-mail.

Also, on occassion with IE I get the message that it
Cannot Open a Page.

I have Compaq Preassio 5225 desktop with Windows 98, SBC
yahoo for browser, Outlook 2000 for e-mail.

I renctly downloaded IE 6.0 and the patches.

I reinstalled my SBC Yahoo DSL browser.

Over the past 2 weeks I thrpowing mud at the wall by
trying Compaq Quick restore for MS Works, Windows Starts
here, Running Windows 98, Disk Cache Utlity.

I previously had a trojan virus and removed it by
installing EZ antivirus.

Can you help?

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.

Parasites will create that file.

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
