Image Toolbar in IE6

[John Freeze]

I am running Win98(se2) with IE/Outlooks Express 6.

Outlook Express is my default Email in all aspects except for IE6 Image
Toolbar. It wants to default to Office Outlook.

Any help please.

I tried all that was suggested with no luck. But the sites that were offered
help me get to this site http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306098 and my
problem was solved.
