Image Size Increases Big Time

When I build my XPe image on the Target Designer it come up to be 210 megs,
after running FBA the image blows up to 270 megs (60 megs difference!!!).



Is this normal? Why so much?? Is there something I can do so that the image
does not grow?

Hi Rene,

You can compare size of each XPe folder on pre and post FBA image. And when
you determine folder that has changed size drastically find log or some
other data file that consumed this space.
If you have some self extracting setup files executed during FBA that could
explain why your image grown so much.

I hope that you measure size from same program on same disk to avoid:
- Cluster size problem
- Or 1MB problem=1000*1000 or 1024*1024

These are just hints.
