Image Screen Appears/Disappears

I am running Windows XP SP3 and IE7. When I click on an icon on a web page
for the image to be enlarged, the page appears then disappears. I have
tried disabling the popup blocker to see if that would resolve the issue but
it didn't.

An example of what I am talking about is to go to
http://www.magellangps.com/. Under Products select Accessories. In the
Select a Product Family dropdown select Magellan Maestro Series. You can
use the default dropdown item in the second box. Click on any picture on the
right side of the page. It is supposed to pop up an enlarged picture but in
my case it don't. I had to rebuild my PC recently and since then I can't
get the picture to come up. This issue is prevalent in all web pages with
pictures that can be enlarged.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

No such problem here, using Win XP SP 3. You have third-party software
that is blocking pop-ups or advertisements (and is mistaking the
enlarged image for an ad.)

When you hover over the first image, the status bar shows this redirect:

javascript:IB_openPopupWindow('prodImageLg.asp?PRODID=1757',
'ProductImage', 'width=600,height=680');

... so you might look into updating your jscript engine, and of course,
turning off any popup blockers.

For Jscript Errors, you might look through the suggestions on this web site:
http://search.microsoft.com/results.aspx?mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&q=javascript+errors

You might try these first though.

Repair 5.6 Scripting Engine install:

Click, Start, Run, type

Regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Click OK

Click Start, Run, type

Regsvr32 jscript.dll

Click OK

Thanks Mr. Grey:

I am using Ad-Aware/Ad-Watch. I went back and rechecked the settings on
Ad-Aware and Ad-Watch. Ad-Watch was set to block popups aggressively. Once
this was unchecked, the web pages started appearing with the picture as they
should.

Again, thanks
