image pops up at logon:Foamy

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of an unwanted image at the logon? It comes up for just 2 seconds before the welcome screen, and when we switch users. My daughter downloaded the foamy desktop and now this thing won't uninstall. Everything else is gone except the pop up image. Where can I look for it in the registry, and can you tell me how to stop it

Well, I found it myself. I searched for all the files of that size and it came up. Guess I'm an expert, now.
