One day, the Image Name column disappeared in the Processes tab of
Windows Task Manager. If you go to View -> Select Columns..., Image
Name is greyed out but the check box is checked. Has anyone had this
problem before?

Thanks,
Kevin

Try pressing Ctrl + Plus on the numeric keypad. This autosizes columns in case it is zero width. Youi can't turn image name off.

Great, thanks David! Looks like the problem was that this column had 0
width.
