Image loading in IE6 after installing sp2 on XP Pro

Hi all,

After installing sp2 on XP Pro, Images are getting downloaded in browser
every time even if they are existing in temp folder.

This happens only after installing the sp2 on XP and this makes the site
surfing experience very slow compare to earlier one.

Is there any work around for this issue?

Hi,
Try these steps:
Delete the TIF folder and set it's size to about 60 MB. It may be corrupted
and a larger cache (after a point) doesn't necessarily speed up browsing.

In Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> Settings> "Check for
newer versions..." > Automatically.
