Image in outlook signature

I had inserted a GIF image in the signature.

After I send the message, I can see the image appering in the mails from my
sent items, but the recipient not able to view the image in my signature.

While creating the signature, I just right-clicked on it and went to add an
image and inserted the gif image from my harddisk.

How to fix it.
 
Is this picture located in your Signatures folder as well?
