Image Files

Most of my image feels seem to have been corrupted in
some way. I used to be able to open all my JPEG files
without problems, but as of yesterday an error message
appears stating that the format is not recognised. some
JPEG files still open OK but the majority do not. can
anyone please advise me on how to rectify the problem?

Which image viewer are you using?

It's not the files that are corrupt but the image viewer
probably has corrupt files.

Therefore using Add/Remove Programs to remove it and then
reinstalling it from its latest download will probably fix
the problem.
