Image File Names Won't Save Correctly

I have a Yahoo store and do some of the pages with FrontPage. I've been using
FrontPage for years.

Certain images on the store need to be uploaded directly to a special file
in the store. In order for them to show up correctly, I need to reference the
special store image file URL.

For example, src="http://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/storename/image.jpg"

The problem is, when I go to save my FrontPage file, it insists on saving
the images to my LOCAL directory. I can't seem to get it to save the image
path to the store URL, no matter what I do.

This is driving me crazy. It's very time consuming to go back and try to
change all the image references all the time when I make changes to a page.
I have resorted to copying the live html, pasting it into FrontPage, working
on it, and uploading it back to my store WITHOUT saving the FrontPage file. I
don't like doing this, because then I have no current FrontPage version of
the file on my local machine (it makes me feel very vulnerable).

How do I get FrontPage to let me save the image reference the way I want it
to? I've tried everything I can think of.

Thank you!

You can't unless you the site is open directly in FP on the live/remote server. (Requires the
live/remote server to have the FP extensions installed).

The only thing you can do is manually upload the images, then create a absolute URL to each image as
you have indicated below.

Darn it! I'm sure that Yahoo Store doesn't support FrontPage extensions.

Thank you very much for you answer. I'm not happy that it's not possible to
do what I want, but at least now I understand why it is that way.
