IM UNABLE TO SEND E-MAILS

I HAVE WHAT SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOIG PROBLEM.
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'WINDOWS LIVE', Server:
'talktalk.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
I HAV HAD A LOOK THROUGH OTHER ANSWERS AND TRIED MOST OF THEM BUT IM STILL
UNABLE TO SEND E-MAILS. I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME HELP. THANX

You need to enter the correct server names.

In addition to correcting the server name, unlock your Caps Lock key.

HIYA IVE ALSO ALREADY DOWN LOADED http://download.live.com/wlmail. AND IT
DIDNT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. SO IVE RESTARTED IT TO RUN AGAIN TO SEE IF THAT
MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

If you have corrected the server name and unlocked your Caps Lock key,
and you still get an error message, post that error message here.

If you have Vista, you don't have Outlook Express..
The instructions for OE also work for Windows Mail, as the setup is the same
in both programs.
