i sent a file from excel to a guy, he wrote back and was
trying to help me out with my problem, and at the bottom
he writes tell nick hi (my husband) i dont know how he
knows his name. cause i sent that file from excel can he
find out lots of info???

He knows your name, do a Google on your name. It is scary.

Also, there is a properties with Office documents that
tracks internal data. You can strip that out before sending
documents. Search MS Office help to find out about privacy.

You sent an Excel file by your default mail handler, OE, Hotmail, Yahoo ect.
Is your husbands name in the e-mail address anywhere (do not post it on here
or any chat).

Maybe he is left handed and likes your husband better then you.
