settings? I'd like to use a yahoo account on this my server to the internet

POP or POP3 refer to the mail server your mail is coming from. SMTP is the
mail server your mail is going to. I have Charter cable and my setup is
pop.charter.net and smtp.charter.net. You can usually get this info from your
email provider. You will probably also need a username (account name) and
password.

Unless you pay Yahoo! for a Yahoo! Plus account or use a tool like
http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/, you can't access Yahoo! mail via Outlook.
