I'm having trouble puting music in my power point presentation?

I dont know how to get to the sound file or is the sound file the music I
saved on the media player. If so how do I get that file and put in power
point. Any thing you can tell me will be a great help.I need to all the help

First, in PowerPoint, select Movies and Sounds from the Insert menu, then
select Sound from File. You'll then see a dialog which will allow you to
select the desired sound file.
Second, if you have additional questions about PowerPoint, there is a
newsgroup dedicated to that product:

microsoft.public.powerpoint

This group supports the Microsoft Access product.

Sorry. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
your question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to
find someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup
devoted to your subject.
