I'm going to kill the computer! (Help)

What do you do if you keep getting the same error message and even if you
restart the computer the message appear again ?
Error:OE : 0028 : F0005DE0

I'm using Windows Millennium....not even control and Atl and delete
works......

All help welcome before I through the computer out the window here

Are you running a Microsoft Access(TM) database program when this
error arises? (That's the subject of this newsgroup).

If so, please describe what operations you're doing immediately before
the error occurs.

If not, please post in a Windows ME newsgroup
(microsoft.public.windowsme.general or
microsoft.public.windowsme.setup for example), again with details on
the circumstances which cause the error.
