im getting crazy unfixable popups! anyone can help?

i recently have been getting popups from urls
especially "www.belgiandip.com" and "www.a-la-something".
i have search and destroy spy bot program that works well
all along in deleting spy wares and popup ads but it
cannot detect the source of this problem. everytime i
close my IE browser it pops up then it pops up more
windows that close aft awhile. no idea what they do.

i even have google toolbar with popup blocker enabled.
nothing seems to be working. and it got worse eventually.
everytime i clicked on shut down icon more will pop up
that cancels the shut down. had to try many times to get
a sucessful shut down.

anyone knows a better way to fix this once and for all?

Install and UPDATE them
Check all options under Scan Settings of Ad-aware

Disconnect from Internet
Restart your box in Safe Mode (F8 or Ctrl key at computer startup)
Scan using both programs
Remove Quarantined files after each scan

Some malware is very difficult to eradicate. Spybot S&D is very good,
but you also should use Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com). Make sure you
update both those programs before you run them, run them both, and run
them in Safe Mode. Also, you might want to download the latest
CWShredder from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html . Check
your hosts file, too. Set XP's Search preferences to Advanced and to
look in hidden files. Find all the hosts and lmhosts files on your
system. Double-click each one and choose the program to open it with
from a list - choose Notepad and be sure the little box to always open
with Notepad is *not* checked. Usually the only entry that should be in
a hosts file is:

127.0.0.1 localhost

If you find other entries (and be sure to scroll all the way down to the
bottom of the window if there is a scrollbar), delete them and then
Save.
