i'm designing webpages and saving on a disk ,how can i ensure the links move
if it gets moved off the disk.
What I need to do is have the files locked with the page so when the page is
moved the files move with it, is it possible to do this?

You need to start by creating a web/site in FP for your pages
- then all links w/i the files are maintained by FP relative to the root of the web
- if you publish or move the site, all links are retained
