I'm a newbie, and I'm lost

For some reason I cannot download newsgroups from my verizon.net server.
Anyone have any idea how I could fix that? I can download and send email
just fine from Outlook Express, but after I create a news.verizon.net
account, I can't download any newsgroups. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciate.

I suggest you call Verizon for assistance, or visit their web page. This
newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database product.
