Illustrator files into Frontpage

I have been taught to design website in Illustrator and then we used
Dreamweaver a little bit to make websites. I now have Frontpage for the
company I am working with and they want me to create a new look for the site.
My problem is after I create a website layout in Illustrator how do I bring
it into Frontpage to edit with. I can bring in each individual jpegs but how
do i update the text this way.

You don't.
You only use images for headlines in non-standard fonts. You'd not update
text with Illustrator files. You'd type the text in the body manually or cut
paste UNformatted text into your page.
