iLink to USB 2.0

Is there any cable converting iLink port to a mini USB 2.0 device?

It's not just a cable problem, it's that the data protocol being used isn't
compatible. Can't you add a USB controller card to your PC? It's not like
they cost much. Maybe less than a cable.
 
The iLink and USB 2.0 behave differently. The quickest way is to add an
iLink adapter and/or USB 2.0 adapter.

There are also adapters that give you a combe of iLink and USB 2.0 ports.
