I have a brand new Dell with XP Sp1a installed. When I try to do an
IISRESET, I get the message "Class Not Registered". It looks like ASPX &
HTM pages render just fine, and I can start and stop IIS from within the
MMC. But for some reason the command line version just doesn't work.

I deleted the .pf (prefetch) file to see if it was corrupted, but no go.
Any ideas on how I can get this command line program to work?

Great, thanks for the help. Any ideas on what could've disabled this on a
brand-new machine installation?
