Does XP Home have IIS or a personal web server? Or can you download it?
 
Hi -

I'm afraid you can't use either solution with XP Home.
If you want a web server it might be wise to upgrade to
XP Professional or install a third-party web server like
Apache.

Why be afraid. Apache is free, installs from an installer, needs no
configuration to use as a basic web server, works out of the box, and in my
opinion is better than IIS.
