web server on XP home edition

Is there a way to set up a personal web server (IIS or similar) in order to able to test asp.net pages with XP-home edition
 
Per the FAQ

"Q. How do I install IIS? After I install it, what should I do to run it safely?

A. Before installing IIS
You need to install the Windows TCP/IP Protocol and Connectivity Utilities. Then make sure you’re current on all security patches, even if you’re running your server locked down. (Note: IIS does not run on Windows XP Home Edition.) ...

Hi Cris,
I've read that faq. I'm still having some hope to have a way to use ANY kind of web server with home edition.
Is there any other help?
