I have installed IIs on a windows 200 machine. How do I
get access to it? I dont know where to find it or how to
open it?

I think you'd have a lot better probability of getting a good answer about
Internet Information Server (I guess that's the IIS you mean) in a newsgroup
devoted to that subject. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access database
software, and not the best place to ask server questions.
