Can I install IIS Serevr on XP home edition?

IIS is only available in Windows XP Professional. As was mentioned earlier
in this thread you can install the apache web server on XP Home
(http://httpd.apache.org/), which is perfectly fine unless you want to use
ASP which it does not include by default at least.
If you want to use IIS locally on your machine, have a look at
http://microsoft.com/windowsxp/whichxp.asp , perhaps you would be more
suited to the Professional edition.
If you want to use ASP you could sign up for a free account on Brinkster -
