IIS Properties Dialog Does Not Appear

Hello,

I'm running Windows XP Professional and when I try to
display the Properties dialog by pressing right mouse on
any of the Virtual Directories in IIS 5.1 it fail to
display the dialog, there are no error reported.
 
I am having this same problem... was it ever resolved?
