IIS is missing

This is a toshiba laptop and installed windows xp home edition 2002.When goes
to control pannel>administration tools> there is no IIS.When tries to add it
through add/remove windows components there is no iis.Please give me a clue.

XP Home does not come with IIS, you will need XP Pro or 2003 Server.
