IIS FTP Server

After doing some research into IIS 5.1 and 6 I have found
that it is not secure. Passwords are sent in plain
text. I have Windows XP running IIS 5.1 and Windows
Server 2003 running IIS 6. What server program is used
to run an FTP server if these OS's are not secure?

If you know your ftp clients you could use ftp over VPN, or use RDesktop.

Also, try: microsoft.public.inetserver.iis.security
