IIN on XP Home

I know that XP Home does not have an inboard web server (as 98 and others
do.)

Is there a way of pulling this to an XP machine?

What "free" personal web servers are available?

Apache (www.apache.org) which is in ubiquitious use in the world is free
and will work on XP home.
