" Ignore Font Sizes Specify on Web Page " feature does not work now

" Ignore Font Sizes Specify on Web Page " feature does not work now
suddenly.
I scanned my PC and find no spyware.
The "Apply" button cannot be used on the "Accessibility".

What change can i do to restore this feature ?
Now i can only read webpages in their specify font size only.

Hi Vrindavan,

Is this on your work computer? Sounds like a Group Policy setting made by
your network administrators. Consult them if this is the case, they will
have to correct the problem.
