If email contains word attached, check for attachment before sendi

When emailing, many times i have to attach forms, etc. Often, I forget to
actually attach the files that i want to send.

It would be great to have a simple check that looks for the word "attached"
(or similar words) in the text of the email, and if so, would ask if you
attached the file.
