iexplorer.exe application error

when i shut down IE 6 i get this message iexplorer.exe
application error the instruction at "0x012c40dd"
referenced memory at "0x012c40dd"; the memory could not
be "read". click on ok to terminate the program. what is
this and how do i fix it. and I too have problems with
the r mouse button not working after 20 minutes or so.
yes am running the new yahoo IM, and system restore does
not work , all started at the same time. any ideas? thanks

2. Update your virus definitions, enable Show Hidden Files

and then run a full system scan in Safe Mode
