Application error message

Everytime I close a internet site page and return to the
desktop, I recieve a error message.......iexplorer.exe-
application errror. The instruction at "oxo16c2008"
referenced memory at "oxo16c2008". The memory could not
be "read." click ok to terminate the program. Anyone with
help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
Gary.
