iexplorer.exe-Application Error

I am always getting this error message on a lot of sites
or the desktop after I close Internet Explorer.

the message says this...

"The instruction at "0x77f57bd5" referenced memory
at "0x01750010". The memory could not be "read"."

Is there anything that I can do to stop this from
happening again?
